You can take stairs from Park City Mountain, take the PayDay chair lift or start at the Mid-Mountain Trail in Deer Valley. If you like souvenirs or try locally grown meals, this is the place to do it: I bought a beautiful sterling silver ring and some essential lavender oil to take home, and we also tried sauce, honey and coffee. I always brag about how many concerts and picnics you can find in Los Angeles every summer, but maybe I should withdraw my bragging rights, because Park City also knows how to do it!
It’s really just a 30-minute journey, making it easy to get and go between the two of you. We covered quite a bit of land before returning to Park City in the late afternoon. Since we had time to kill for dinner, we stopped at the Park City Museum on Main Street.

Park City, Utah, about 32 miles from Salt Lake City, is known for its excellent ski resorts and the popular annual Sundance Film Festival. With miles of cycle paths and walks through dense mountain forests, hot springs and reservoirs, Park City, UT has a lot to offer to outdoor enthusiasts.
